Malcolm has 19 years of residential construction experience as a successful business owner and general contractor. Prior to working as a general contractor Malcolm graduated from the UW College of Architecture and Urban Planning and worked in design studios in San Francisco, Manhattan, Ahmedabad, Guetamala and Mexico.

The core crew at Metabuilt has worked together for seven years. We support continuing education for all our employees. Metabuilt has a profit share program so our employees feel vested in the products they create and the service they provide. Prior to the shut down Malcolm was a partner in another successful, Seattle based construction company. In 2020 Malcolm sold his share of that company to stay home with his child and set up a new residential construction business. Since then Metabuilt has established itself as a client focused and team oriented residential and new home construction comany.

At Metabuilt we know an orderly jobsite is a productive jobsite. For that reason your jobsite will be clean, organized, well managed and productive. We encourage our clients to visit, give feedback and communicate their ideas as often as possible. Our project manager will visit your remodel daily and our crew will leave your home clean, secure and staged for the following days work.
