This Phinney Ridge kitchen remodel features cherry cabinets, a sliding barn door, a cherry faced refrigerator panel, a steam oven, an induction stove, concrete counters, and a live edged cherry bar. Besides being stunning this kitchen was remodeled to clean easily, work hard and perform perfectly for our clients busy family.

 This simple yet elegant master bath features an under-mount bathtub, a glass shower enclosure, hanging cabinets, heated floors, heated towel bars, duel sinks, a wide mirror and custom tile throughout. Despite its delicate features this bathroom was built for heavy use, to clean easily and last for many, many years.

This Madison Park kitchen remodel reorganized the existing layout by adding several large windows, raising the ceiling and removing a dividing wall. The end result was a happy, bright, charming space that's far more efficient, productive and pleasurable for cooking - and most importantly it's a gorgeous space.

This water front home was built as part of a new community on Portage Bay. The home features high ceilings with clerestory windows, a seven level oak and steel stairway, a spacious deck with custom steel rails and amazing 180 degree water views.

 This new contemporary home was built into the steep Portage Bay shoreline. It features a second level garage, steel stairway, roof deck, home office, heat recovery ventilation and amazing views of the waterfront and distant cascade mountains.  

Experienced contractors know an organized utility room speaks volumes about the tradespeople and the remodel contractor's skills. We'd like to think this Rainier Valley utility room speaks for itself. It houses an in-floor hydronic heat system, two electrical panels, an in-wall vacuum system and an on-demand water heater.

 Built to last, this Wallingford ipe plank deck was assembled over a concrete bunker to expand the homes outdoor living space. We incorporated planters, lighting, seating, waterproof storage, curved ipe steps and multiple levels to create inviting areas in the large new space. The family absolutely loves it!

A green roof provides beauty, intrigue, insulation, habitat, sound mitigation, green certification points - and numerous challenges for the contractor.
